In order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of China's assembly and decoration industry, enhance the core competitiveness and brand influence of assembly and decoration enterprises, encourage assembly enterprises to innovate and strive for progress, and strengthen the communication and cooperation between assembly and decoration industries, the China Building Materials Industry Economics Research Association's Assembly Building and Green Development Branch, together with relevant organizations, associations and enterprises, has launched the '2022 Livable China Assembly Decoration Industry Annual List' Selection Activity. Recently, the Assembly Building and Green Development Branch of China Building Materials Industry Economic Research Association has unveiled the '2022 Livable China Assembly Decoration Industry Annual List' one after another.


On February 29, the list of '2022 Livable China Pilot Demonstration Projects for Assembly Decoration of Residential Buildings' was formally announced to the public. The list is based on the 'Guidelines for Evaluating the Performance of Assembly Decoration of Residential Buildings', and mainly focuses on the degree and level of assembly decoration of assembled buildings, which involves the aspects of planning, design, quality and safety. The list is based on the Evaluation Guidelines for Assembly and Decoration Performance of Residential Buildings.
